To turn the display on, press the power button in the bottom left corner. If it does not turn on, check to make sure it is plugged it. The displays are plugged in to a power strip that is attached to back of the display and then plugged into the wall. The power strip has a switch and a light indicating it is receiving power. Additionally, there is a rocker switch at the bottom of the back of the display (where the power cord is connected) that stays in the on position.
To turn the display off, press the power button in the bottom left corner. A dialog box will ask you to confirm that you want to power it off. You may confirm this by pressing the power button a second time or by clicking “Turn Off” in the dialog box with your finger. The displays are set to automatically turn off after the school day ends. It is important to turn the board off when it is not being used for long periods of time as this prolong the lifespan of the display.
