If you can log in to FACTS, but cannot view student information like normal, your ad blocker is likely causing the issue. We use the Stands Ad Blocker to hide advertisements on websites. You'll need to whitelist FACTS in the Stands extension.
If you see something similar to the screenshot below it may be due to your ad blocker blocking required elements on the webpage. To whitelist the FACTS website, click the Stands Ad Blocker icon in the top right corner of your web browser. It may be hidden under the puzzle piece icon menu.
Look for this icon. If you don't see this icon, click the puzzle piece and look for it in that menu.
When the dialog box opens, locate the "Whitelist the site" option and enable it by changing the toggle to the green check mark.
