If you are playing a video or music and not hearing the sound at all or if the volume is very low, it may be that you are not using the speakers you intend to. You can change the speakers by clicking the speaker icon in the system tray near the clock in the bottom right-hand corner and then selecting the desired speakers. For a room with video projectors, look for the name Epson or Matrix. For rooms with external speakers in the gray Promethean board, you should select that option.
