If you dismiss a notification without opening the Raptor Alert app or did not receive a notification, you can still access an incident. An incident may be an emergency, a drill, or a team assist. Here are the steps.
- Open the Raptor Alert app on your smartphone
- Click the Incidents icon at the bottom of the screen
- Click on the Incident
- Navigate to the hamburger menu or group messaging as you normally would to account for students and communicate emergency information
