You can use Google Calendar to make a webpage for people to schedule time slots to meet with you.
Note: You must first enable this feature in your Google Calendar settings.
- Open Google Calendar
- Click the gear icon
- Click Appointment Schedules on the left sidebar
- Check the box to Create appointment schedules instead of appointment slots
To create an Appointment Schedule
- Open Google Calendar
- Click New and then Appointment Schedule
- Change the settings and click next
- Name
- Duration (pick or use custom)
- Does not Repeat
- Choose the days and times
- Change the minimum time in advance
- Change these settings and then click Save
- Check your name and profile picture
- Set the location (i.e. B-101, C-103)
- Add notes for the person you are meeting to see
- Add any extra fields you would like the person to complete
- Right Click on Open booking page and copy link address
- Send this link to those you want to be able to schedule an appointment with you
The recipient will see a webpage like this where they can select a time and book an appointment.
