Text-to-Speech is a Chromebook feature that reads the content of a webpage aloud.
To Enable Text-to-Speech
- Click on the System Tray (where the clock is in the bottom right corner)

- Click on the Settings icon (gear at the top right on that window)
- Search for Accessibility
- Select Manage Accessibility Features

- Toggle Enable Select-to-Speak to On

- Close the Settings window
To Use Text-to-Speech
- Highlight text on a website by selecting with your cursor or pressing CTRL + A to select all
- Press Search + S (the Search key is the magnifying glass key above the left shift key)
