Follow these steps to see who has access to a shared drive in Google Drive. You must have access to the shared drive yourself.
- Open drive.google.com in your web browser
- Click on Shared Drives
- Click on the drive in question
- Click on the link under the drive name, where it says the number of groups and users
You will notice that some of the members are groups. The members of that group have access to the drive.
Note the following levels of access.
- Manager - manage content, members, and settings
- Content Manager - add, edit, move, and delete files
- Contributor - add and edit files
- Commenter - comment on files
- Viewer - view files
