Occasionally a new (or repaired) staff laptop will connect to the wireless network, but will not connect when docked or plugged into the wired network. This is because the laptop needs to be registered on the wired network. Please enter a helpdesk ticket and include the number from the bottom of the laptop (T-1234) and your room number or location.
