1. At any HP copier, place pages to scan in the document feeder or on the glass under the feeder lid.
  2. Log in to the copier using your copy code or door card.
  3. Press Scan
  4. Press Scan to My Google Drive
  5. Tap in the Filename box and give it an appropriate file name
  6. Uncheck “Prompt for more pages”
  7. If you need to set additional settings, press Change Settings and set whatever settings you need. Double sided scanning, paper size, resolution, etc
  8. Press the Start button at the bottom of the screen (not the blue button below the screen).
  9. When it is done scanning, press Finish
  10. Press the blue start button below the screen to send the scan.
  11. Log out by pressing your name at the top right of the screen.

You will then receive an email from Scans for PaperCut FM about your scan.


If you’ve never scanned to your Google Drive before, the email will give you instructions on giving PaperCut permissions to save to your Google Drive.  This will only need to be done once.


The scanned file will be saved to your Google Drive (My drive) in a folder called Scans for PaperCut MF
