If the trackpad (internal mouse) on your Chromebook doesn't work, please do these things.
- Reboot the Chromebook. If it still doesn't work,
- Enter a Helpdesk Ticket and bring your Chromebook to the office.
A technician will need to repair your Chromebook. The office will provide a loaner Chromebook for you.
If you can't come to the office for a while, you may use an external mouse.
