Sometimes you may be using a student laptop computer in the STEAM lab, from a cart, or in a classroom and you are not able to login. If you receive the error message stating "There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request," the issue is likely that you are not connected to the correct wireless network. Here is what you should do.


  1. Check to make sure the wireless is turned on. There is a switch on the right side of the Dell Latitude 6420 laptops near the volume buttons (where are near the Enter key). Look at the wireless network icon in the bottom right on the screen.
  2. Check to make sure the laptop is on the konossis network, not the Guest network. Click on the wireless network icon in the bottom right of the screen and ensure the konossis network says connected,
  3. Attempt to login again.


If these steps do not work, please enter a help desk request and include the room number and asset number. The asset number may be found on the white Hampton Park sticker on the bottom of the laptop (ex. T1234).
